Store teams weekly merchandising direction

Created, developed and sourced new shop elements to support the launch of the in-house brand in the Last Call off-price channel.

Shop elements evoked movement and action yet styling was geared towards both active lifestyle / leisure and true active & yoga wear.  The shop elements were designed as a kit of parts to layer onto existing store fixtures, with new mannequins and custom designed rugs that were rolled out to accompany the shops.
